Origins

The formation of ValueGarden took over a year. The important ingredients that went into this were enhanced understanding, market research, talks with professionals, clients and other interesting thinkers and doers and our determination to offer the market a truly valuable, different onothodox proposition. Along the way we learned a great deal and came to the conclusion that the valueproposition had to become stronger. Back to the drawing board! “re-think, re-structure, re-grow” was the result: comprehensive thinking based on the four areas of expertise in the cloverleaf, with links to creativity, innovation and sustainability.

 

A cooperative company was born with a truly great business proposition for the market being able to serve a variety of different organizations efficiently with a maximum focus on results for the client. Check the various projects!

Bolstered by their experiences with the volatility, the uncertainty and complexity of the economy over the years and the somewhat eroded landscape of consultancy firms, organisations have become more critical and are looking for a new equilibrium, restructuring and collaboration. That offers prospects for us!

ValueGarden has its own destiny, we follow our own direction. We are not distracted by the world surrounding us, the world inspires us to become better everyday. We make the assumption that it is very important for entrepreneurs and decision-makers to embrace the challenges that creativity, innovation and sustainability can offer their businesses in order to enable them to continue to grow. And we assume that they truly have the courage to stand up to resistance in their organisations and to invest and enhance value-creation by means of the formation of sustainable, differentiated innovations. Or are entrepreneurs and decision-makers, sometimes without realising it themselves, investing in stagnation of their organisation’s growth, a commodity trap and ultimate erosion of not only shareholder value, but also – crucially – their own personal value?
